Since we - Hoi An Eco-tour operated on 2005, we have recognized that helping local people at the community with jobs and taking our action for a better environment are one of our important and vital things to carry out. The pictures that you are seeing was our work last two years ago, we helped local fisherman people with plenty of rices and noodles at the Duy Nghia fishing village– Duy Xuyen ward in Quang Nam Province after such a terrible storm named Xangshang on 2006, killed hundreds of people and sunk several boats on the sea.

The other picture also showed you about the children at their school . To do for this small project, every year we have worked out together with the school board management. We have listed out some of the best students who has their family financial situation but studied hard, we tried to offer them clothes, pens, books…. and other things are reffered to their schooling needs. The primary schools that we helped are from Cam Thanh secondary school in Cam Thanh Fishing village and Cam An 2 secondary school in Cua Dai fishing village. These are one of the very poor and small villages in the countryside of Hoi An city- Viet Nam.

In general, we are very delighted to do these things as we think we have a responsibility to do something good for the community and society.
